Phone: Please feel free to call us at (702) 498-0559, between 8:00am - 7:00pm Pacific Standard time. We will gladly take your order and call you with a total once it has been packaged.
Method of Payment:
We gladly accept Visa & MasterCard either through paypal on the website or by telephone with a verified CVV2 # on the back of the card.
Checks or Money Orders: Sorry no personal checks. Postal Money orders only. Sorry no international money orders are accepted. Money Orders will be shipped out within two days of receipt. Please mail money orders to 2450 Losee Rd. Ste. L North Las Vegas, NV 89030 Sorry no C.O.D.
All pricing is for shipping within the continental USA. Hawaii and Alaska please call for quote. Canada and all overseas please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on handling fees and shipping amount. We use USPS for most of our shipping. UPS will be used only if requested by customer extra shipping charges apply. Larger items will be shipped as economically as possible. We will contact you with these charges.
We try our best to have what you need in stock. Sometimes back orders do happen. We will keep your order for 4-6 weeks in active status. If an item is going to take longer than 4-6 weeks we will notify you via email,telephone or mail. At that time we will either refund your money or if you would like we can continue your backorder status.
Errors or shortages:
When you receive your order please verify it is correct. Sometimes things happen and there might be a mistake or shortage. Please notify us ASAP, after 7 business days we will replace your item, but at your shipping expense.
There is a 30% restocking fee on return items, no returns after 10 days. We will not accept any returns with out an RGA #. Please email email@example.com to receive your number. No freight will be reimbursed. If the return is because of our mistake restocking charges do not apply. We will reimburse you the normal shipping charges. If you paid for next day or any UPS charges, you will only be reimbursed for the USPS rates.
